-Turkish, English and Arabic papers are accepted.

- All abstracts and full papers are subject to a peer review process.

- Abstracts of all presented papers will be published in the abstract book.

- Full text submission is mandatory for qualified papers to be selected. There is no obligation for other participants.

Two alternatives are offered to the participants for the papers submitted by the full text submission deadline:

1. To be published free of charge in the group of international refereed-indexed Turkish Studies journals that support the congress, after the refereeing process is completed

2. To publish as a full text paper in the proceedings book with ISBN.

The 8th INCSOS congress is held in accordance with the academic incentive criteria, associate professorship criteria and all academic promotions.
